Augusta, Wisconsin Storm and Tornado Damage

Kristen and I, along with Bill Doms and family, chased in Wisconsin on Sunday, April 10th, 2011.  A forecasted tornado outbreak sent us into the hills and trees of northern Wisconsin.  Storm motions of 55 kts meant we would only get quick looks at any storms that we were able to intercept.  We intercepted this tornado warned storm near Augusta, WI, as brief overhead rotation and strong cascading cloud motion caused a dust up and damage in and around the town.  We are waiting on a damage survey to think about labeling this one a tornado.

UPDATE:  A MPX NWS survey confirmed this as an EF-1 Tornado.
